We joined the British Karate Club Confederation in April 2007. I heard about it through some friends who said it was part of the Toyakwai Karate Association, but the BKCC offered more flexible approach to teaching other martial arts.
Since we joined the BKCC and its parent association the TKA has help us with promoting our club and with ideas on the day to day running of things, without being pushy. Help and advice is readily available through the Instructor Resource Centre.
We think it has been a good move for our club.
